Availability, Production, Fit & Warranty
Availability and shipping: If your selected configuration is in stock, your boots will ship within 1–3 business days. If it is not in stock, your order will go into production, with an estimated production time of 8–14 weeks, excluding shipping time. Shipping time is additional to these processing and production periods. If we cannot meet the stated timeframe, we will contact you with an updated schedule and any applicable cancellation or refund options.
Semi-custom fit: Signature boots are semi-custom, based on your selected shoe size, calf circumference, and boot height. They are not fully made to measure. The fit around the ankle and knee may feel looser or tighter, depending on your individual proportions. Your selected measurements do not guarantee a fully tailored fit in these areas. Please contact an Arion sales representative before ordering if you have specific fitting requirements.
Online orders: Orders placed online without assistance from an Arion sales representative are final sale and are not eligible for refunds due to incorrect sizing, customer-selected measurements, customization choices, fit preferences, or change of mind, except where required by law. Please verify your measurements and selections before ordering.
Manufacturing defects: The final-sale policy does not affect coverage for manufacturing defects under the applicable product warranty. Expected differences in semi-custom fit are not, by themselves, manufacturing defects. Boots that do not conform to the agreed specifications remain subject to assessment under the warranty and applicable law. Please contact Arion Sellier with your order number, photographs, and a description of the issue.
